Couch to 5k
Join our team of coaches as they take you through the proven NHS 'Couch to 5k' programme at Littledown.
Entry into our Couch to 5k programme will also give you an entry into the 'Run Bournemouth Supernova 5k' on Saturday 7th October.
A great way to start or get back in to running with some top coaches who will also be taking part in the Supernova 5k to support you.
Monday night training will take place at Littledown, Kings Park and Boscombe Seafront.
