We have a variety of events that are happening throughout the year. Here are a selection of what is coming up.

22 Jan 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Charity Day at Classic Cuts for Men in Purewell Christchurch. Proceeds to the Macmillan Unit. For more details please call Lorraine on 01202 482713.

1,2,3 Feb Colehill Music and Drama presents Incy Wincy Spider Pantomime at Colehill Memorial Hall. All proceeds to Macmillan Caring Locally. Tickets are £7 for adults and £5 for children and OAPs, available from 01202 886303.

3 March The Knights of St. Columba Bournemouth and New Forest are holding a 5 mile sponsored walk from Corpus Christi Guildhall, Parkwood Road, Boscombe starting at 10.30 a.m. The event is in aid of 1. Macmillan Nurses 2. sending Piers Weston to Botswana to help build a school 3. Knights' Charities. To join in please contact Rob on 01202 474074.

23 March The La Nova Singers are holding a concert in aid of Macmillan Caring Locally. The concert is at West Cliff Baptist Church, Westbourne, starting at 7.30 p.m. Tickets are £12.00 each and are available from Lisa on 07736 070036 or tickets@lanovasingers.co.uk. There will be 31 female singers all together, which includes 'La Nova Singers’, Bella Nova Singers and Nova Studios Singers. The programme will be a mix of classical, sacred, traditional, opera, operetta, light and popular music. It will include Handel, Mozart, Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky, Paul Ayres, Karl Jenkins, James D’Angelo and more. Find out more about La Nova SingersHERE.

21 April Virgin London Marathon. We regret that we have no golden bond places left for this event.

28 April Charity 'Fire Engine Pull' at Wessex Fire and Rescue Service UK, The Fire Station, Merryfield Park, Derritt Lane, Bransgore BH23 8AU, 12.00 - 4.00 p.m. Raffle, cake stalls, barbecue. 8 - 9 June The London Nightrider. A unique 100 km cycle ride past many of London's iconic landmarks at night. If you would like to take part in Nightrider 2013 GO HERE

27 July The Macmillan Unit Day Centre Summer Fayre. 2.00 p.m. until 4.00 p.m. in the Day Centre. Craft stalls, books, gifts, tombola, bric-a-brac.

6 September The annual Sarah Green Golf Tournament at Canford Magna Golf Club. For more information GO HERE

5 - 6 October Bournemouth Marathon, half Marathon, 10k, 5k and junior race. If you would like to take part in this brand new event for 2013 and raise funds for Macmillan Caring Locally please GO HERE

25 December The Macmillan White Christmas Dip takes place at 10.30 a.m. to the right of Boscombe Pier, Bournemouth. Why not join us in fancy dress and have a dip in the sea on Christmas Day?
